What is the MyBloods discount code?
Mention No Nonsense Fitness when booking with MyBloods for the listed 10% partner discount. This is a booking mention, not a code to enter at checkout.
How to claim the MyBloods partner discount
- Copy No Nonsense Fitness.
- Say or write the name when booking with MyBloods.
- Ask the clinic to confirm the discounted price before paying.
How to Claim the Discount
- Go to mybloods.ie and pick your blood panel, or ring them directly.
- When booking, mention No Nonsense Fitness — in the booking notes or on the phone.
- Ask the clinic to confirm the 10% offer and final price before paying. No checkout code is needed.
Why MyBloods, and Why the Mention Beats a Voucher Code
This is where I get my own bloods done. Bloodwork before anything else is how I work now, and I wrote up why that changed in bloodwork first — why I changed my approach. I am also on TRT, which is written up in my TRT journey, so getting bloods done is not optional for me either way.
Why they are the one worth naming: it is a walk-in-and-out private clinic in Raheny with no referral needed, their site says every team member is a qualified, experienced nurse, and the samples go to Randox Health, which their About page describes as a fully accredited diagnostic and testing laboratory in Dublin. That is on their own site rather than my guess at it.
There is no checkout code to type. Mention No Nonsense Fitness when you book; ask the clinic to confirm the 10% offer and final price before paying.
What It Actually Costs
Read off their own price list and test pages on . The prices are theirs and they move, so treat this as a guide rather than a quote. The second figure is what the 10% mention takes it to.
- Total Check — €120, so €108. Their site lists 35 markers: full blood count, heart, liver, kidney and diabetes health, including glucose and HbA1c. Results 2 to 3 days.
- Total Check Plus — €180, so €162. 46 markers: everything above plus a full iron panel, bone health and nutritional markers including vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
- Advanced Health — €290, so €261. 95 markers, adding thyroid, a cardiovascular risk score, inflammation and muscle markers. Advanced Health Plus is €430 for 120 markers.
- Thyroid Health — €75, so €67.50. TSH, free T3, free T4, anti-thyroglobulin and anti-thyroid peroxidase antibodies.
- Testosterone Plus — €75, so €67.50. Testosterone, SHBG, free androgen index, free testosterone and albumin, results 1 to 2 days. The wider Male Hormones or Female Hormones panel is €90, so €81.
- Cholesterol — €50, so €45. Total, LDL, HDL, the ratio and triglycerides. Heart Health Plus at €110 adds apolipoproteins, Lp(a) and high sensitivity CRP.
- Iron Health — €75, so €67.50. Iron, ferritin, total iron binding capacity, transferrin and transferrin saturation.
- Diabetes Health — €75, so €67.50. Glucose, HbA1c, insulin and C-peptide.
- Vitamin D — €65, so €58.50, results 1 to 2 days. Vitamin B12 on its own is €50, so €45.
The bit worth doing the sums on: a full blood count is not sold on its own on that price list. It comes inside Total Check, the Inflammation Profile and the Fatigue Essential panel. And if you were going to buy three or four singles, the maths usually goes the other way — thyroid, iron and a cholesterol panel bought separately is €200 before the mention, where Total Check Plus is €180 and covers considerably more. Add the panels you actually want in the basket and compare before you book.
Is MyBloods Worth It?
For it: no referral and no public waitlist, prices published openly instead of on request, an appointment their FAQ puts at 15 to 20 minutes, results for the vast majority of tests returned in 2 to 4 working days, and nurses doing the draw. You pick the exact panel you want rather than being sold a package, and the 10% is there every day of the year rather than during a promotion window.
Against it: it is one clinic on one street with hours of 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday, which is genuinely awkward if you work full time and do not live on the north side of Dublin. There is no postal kit or home visit published, so you travel to Raheny. Several panels need an 8 hour fast, so it is an early appointment or a wasted one. And they do not test under-18s.
Who I would not bother sending here: anyone hoping a blood test will tell them why the scale has not moved. It will not. If you have not got a calorie target and a protein target you actually stick to, a €120 panel is an expensive way to avoid the boring answer. Sort the basics first, and get bloods when you have a real question or a doctor who wants the numbers.
Bloodwork Is Data You Take to a Doctor
Worth being blunt about this bit. I am not a doctor, I do not diagnose anything, and I will not read your results for you — not for free, not for money, not ever. A number on a page is not a verdict, and a marker slightly outside a lab range can mean nothing at all or something that matters, and telling those two apart is a job for someone with a medical qualification who can also see the rest of you.
So the honest use of a private panel is this: get the data, then bring the PDF to your GP. MyBloods themselves say on their homepage that they have partnered with Dr.Online so clients can get access to GP services if they want to discuss their results — that is their arrangement, not mine, and it is the right shape. Testing to self-diagnose off the internet is the version of this that goes wrong.
Their own preparation notes are worth reading before you book, too: an 8 hour fast where the test needs one, water as normal, no vigorous training for 48 hours before certain panels, and no smoking for 30 minutes beforehand. Guidelines are sent with the booking.
Where They Are
MyBloods is at 15 Main Street, Raheny, Dublin 5, D05 X006, phone 01-831 5202, email info@mybloods.ie. Their contact page lists opening hours of 8am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Booking is through the form on their site or by phone. Worth saying plainly: that is one clinic with weekday morning hours, so if you need a Saturday or an evening you will need to ring and ask rather than assume.
What Their Site Does Not Say
Where their site is silent, this page stays silent too. As of :
- No postal kit and no home visit is published anywhere on the site, and the only address given is the Raheny clinic.
- No Saturday, evening or bank holiday hours are listed — only 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday.
- Only one location is published. Their workplace health programme is aimed at employers, and the site does not say where those bloods are taken.
- Not every price is on the price list. A Health & Hormones panel at €160 appears on their male health page but not on the price list page, so confirm anything you do not see in both places.
If any of that changes on their side, this page is wrong until I check it again. Ring them for anything that decides whether you book.

Why This Page Exists
MyBloods are a listed partner and I am a customer of theirs. They handle bookings and set the current test prices and terms. Their 10% reader offer was checked on 16 September 2026; confirm it when you book.
Most pages like this are scraped coupon-site rubbish with a code that expired two years ago. This one is the clinic I actually use, written up with their real prices, their real hours and the parts their site does not answer. If the arrangement ever stops working, tell me and the page comes down — I would rather have no page than a dead one.
And bloods are not step one. Calories, protein, steps and sleep are step one. Work out your numbers with the macro calculator, read the fat loss basics, and use a blood panel for the questions those cannot answer.
