This Privacy Policy explains how No Nonsense Fitness ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit our website at irishpeptides.ie, sign up to our newsletter, contact us, or otherwise interact with us. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018.
No Nonsense Fitness is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We operate from Ireland. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can reach us via email at [email protected].
[Controller note: insert your registered legal/business name, postal address, and a dedicated privacy contact email — e.g. [email protected] — to make this fully identifiable as required by GDPR Article 13.]
We only collect personal data that we need for the purposes described below. Under GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each processing activity. The table summarises what we collect and the legal basis we rely on.

We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about how visitors use our website — such as pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device, and referral source. Google Analytics sets cookies and may process a truncated version of your IP address. We rely on your consent for this analytics tracking, and you can decline or withdraw it at any time (see the Cookies section). For more information see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address (and any name you provide) is processed using Mailchimp (operated by Intuit Inc.) acting as our data processor. We use this solely to send you the content you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us. Mailchimp's privacy practices are described at intuit.com/privacy/statement.
Our interest form collects your full name, email address, and an optional WhatsApp number. Form submissions are delivered to us using Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) acting as a data processor. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to notify you about free nutrition guidance. We do not collect health or medical data through this form, and we ask that you do not submit sensitive personal data (special category data under GDPR Article 9) via the form. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your phone number, profile name, and the content of your messages are processed to handle your query. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and is subject to its own privacy terms (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). We retain WhatsApp conversations only as long as needed to assist you. We are not responsible for Meta's independent processing of your data.
Some pages and articles may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase on a third-party website, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These third-party affiliate networks and merchants may set their own cookies or tracking identifiers in your browser to attribute the referral and calculate commission. This tracking is operated by the relevant third parties under their own privacy policies; we do not receive your payment-card or full purchase details. Where this tracking relies on cookies, it is only set with your consent.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use:

We share personal data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, including Google (analytics), Mailchimp/Intuit (newsletter), Formspree (form delivery), and Meta/WhatsApp (messaging). Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; enquiry data is kept until your enquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards; contact and WhatsApp messages are kept only as long as needed to assist you. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
